		<description>Thanks for your comment.  I am of the opinion that in the 3rd P, you can either move up or move out. Its all about reducing your personal importance to the role you are playing and subsequently to the project you are working on.  Most of the times, I have seen that employees do not have a FIRM wish to move out and look for outside opportunities and prefer to stay back in the same project.  I am pretty sure if this principle is applied for moving out, it would surely be successful !</description>

		<description>I agree to your thought process. I believe it can be used for moving upwards, however I do not think it can be effectively used for moving out of the project as you will be given bigger challenge once you identify a current successor.</description>
