		<description>Hi Mrinal, Thanks for stopping by and adding a comment on the blog.  Yups, I agree with you with the fact that I could add &#039;disruptive&#039; as another type of innovation. But then we could add one more category called &#039;accidental&#039; innovation as well !  Bye the way, did go through your blog as well and you have put some very good thoughts on your site too !

		<description>I believe innovation tends to be more radical than anything else. I would term incremental more as process re-engineering to improve the existing product, in terms of efficiency, or satisfying changing consumer demands incorporating the latest technology. Nice article, and I&#039;d like to add a superlative form of innovation called disruptive - which changes the way business is done.
