		<description>Hi Sawan, thanks for ur comment. I tried to have a look at google wave or similar but it does not solve my purpose. These tools are more for real time collaboration whereas I need something where I can do an asynchronous collaboration with the team. Any other things you have in mind or could suggest?</description>

 You can take a cue from google wave.. though the idea hasnt been a great success but can be used very well for the kind of stuff you are looking at.</description>
