Whoa .. ! What a match we had yesterday at ‘Dragon’s den’ in Porto. So finally United are through to the semi final of the Champions league and only Arsenal can stop them reaching second final in two years ..

As a united fan, I would obviously love to have United in the final and then winning it subsequently to make this the greatest season ever at the Theatre of Dreams. But then, I would also love to have Barcelona in the final and defeat them, just to re-ensure everyone who is the best !

It was particularly pleasing to see Ronaldo working his socks off, especially the dressing down by Almighty Fergie in recent weeks.

Now we can set our sights on Sunday’s semi-final clash with Everton at Wembley to book one more round trip to Wembley for the final of FA-Cup.

I have a funny feeling, we might actually beat all the three teams in the top 4 for glory this year, how about this happening.. ?

United to beat Liverpool for Premiership
United to beat Chelsea / Arsenal in FA cup final
United to beat Arsenal in route to Champions league glory !

Then we would officially be the best team in England, Europe and hopefully come December the world again !

Let me make it clear first thing, I am a Manchester United fan.

Now back to the post ! Yesterday I saw the match between Liverpool & Chelsea and for some reason I was cheering up for Liverpool win. Seems strange for a united fan to support Liverpool FC, but that’s what I did yesterday.

The simple reason for me to do so was the fact that Chelsea can still come back and challenge United for the championship.. they could do that as they are a very strong team.  However, with regards to Liverpool, they are a team whose performance is as unpredictable as the English weather!  On the other side, the record breaking United side has gone on to set up a new English league record for not conceding a goal in the league for longest time So for teams playing with United, forget winning, they can not even score !

Liverpool would play Portsmouth (A), Manchester City (H) & Middlesbrough (A) up next in the three matches in Premier league and I am backing them to lose points on at least one of the matches. While Manchester United play West ham (A) , Fulham (H) & Blackburn (H) in next three and I expect them to win all of them.

United are two points ahead of Liverpool as of now and with a game in hand at home.

Squeaky bum time is surely ahead .. watch out
